Transportation is good in Richfield. Highway 62 forms the northern border with Minneapolis, and 494 is the southern border with Bloomington. Highway 77, also known as Cedar Avenue. Highway 77 provides very easy access to the Mall of America and Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport. 35W also cuts through the city. It’s easy to get to Minneapolis, St Paul, or anywhere in the world from Richfield.
There are several new developments going on in Richfield centered around 66th and Nicollette heading west to Lyndale Avenue.
