Home Inspection Service - White Bear Lake, MN
We work in cities throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area, and White Bear Lake is no exception. White Bear Lake has long been a popular destination for residents in Minneapolis and St Paul. In fact, Mark Twain wrote about White Bear Lake in 1874. The lake is the centerpiece of the city, and boating, fishing, and water activities are popular. In the winter, you’ll find ice fishermen in their shanties all over the lake.
White Bear Lake’s population has remained at around 25,000 residents since 1970. The city has a quaint, traditional downtown area that is full of independent shops, unique restaurants, and all the trappings of a small town Main Street. Just outside of downtown there is a pretty park that traces the shore of White Bear Lake. Marinas and lakeside bars are also close at hand.
There are also many car dealerships along Highway 61 (remember the Bob Dylan album, “Highway 61 Revisited”? It’s named after the highway that cuts through White Bear Lake). You can get a sweet new ride any day but Sunday, which Minnesota law oddly declares off limits for car lots to operate. So while you can’t buy a car on Sunday, you certainly can buy a house. And there are some great houses in White Bear Lake! Lots of great homes - and if you’re buying or selling in White Bear Lake you should get a home inspection.
